Samsung creates memory modules and interface of 8 GB for


Samsung has announced it is mass producing the 8 GB memory modules and interface for laptops and mobile.
According to Samsung, module 40 nanometer of density 8 GB 1333MHz operates and uses 1.5 volts of electricity, providing "about 67 percent power savings over 1.8V DDR2 ?. also, the 8 GB memory interface consumes 70 percent less power than two 4 GB DDR3.
Laptop fist with Samsung's new memory is the workstation Dell Precision M6500 features up to four RAM 8 GB SODIMM Sockets modules for a total of 32 GB.
